Whenever I start IE 7 in Vista Home Premium, the correct URL is tried first and was quickly replaced http:// ". Sometimes I use the backspace key in the right direction to get the cargo. When I begin a new window or tab, I'm the same mess himself. I have tried a number of viruses, spyware, adware and registry cleaner. Nothing seems to recognize the villains.

First you save your work and click the Start button in the lower left corner. Then click on "Hide" at the bottom of the window.

The window is shutting down Windows. Click the down arrow and select "Restart".
